Basic Start-Up Fees for Property Management Services

Starting at $150
Start-Up Fee includes:

  • Complete pre-market evaluation and move-in assessment
  • Document preparation
  • Property registration Maricopa County
  • Establish statutory agency with county
  • Marketing materials
  • Advertising and promoting the property
  • Establish market rental rates for capital optimization
  • Tenant background check including criminal, financial and employment verification
  • First 30 days of property management (if vacant)
  • Dedicated “owner” portal
  • Direct deposit to bank of your choice

Monthly Property Management Fee (Non-Seasonal)

Starting at 10% of the Gross Monthly Rent (min. $125/mo)

Monthly Property Management Fee (Seasonal)

Starting at 15% of the Gross Monthly Rent

Vacant Home Management

Starting at $200/mo

MLS Listing and Advertising Services

Services/Fees for Lease Up

Listing Broker fees start at 3% of the Gross annual lease with Buyer broker’s fees set at the market rate for the subject property. Please consult with your sales agent to determine rates for your market.
