In order to provide our tenants with an efficient and streamlined response to maintenance items we’ve set up the following checklist. Most maintenance items can be resolved quickly and conveniently by taking the follow actions.

 

FIRST

Is this an emergency? Interior watering leaking (other than dripping faucets), HVAC not cooling (with temperatures above 110 degrees) call 480-327-7873. Then go to tenant portal and complete work order form.

SECOND

If this is not an emergency. Go to tenant portal and complete a maintenance request. Your request becomes a work order in our system and our service desk will begin processing your form the next business day. Be sure your current contact information is included on the maintenance request (per your lease, tenants are often responsible for the home warranty service fee on non-safety, health and hazard items).
